I never leave negative reviews, actually this will be my first and hopefully my last but my experience at this salon was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I spent $250 and the result was so minimal that it looked like absolutely nothing had been done. Despite having a consultation beforehand, during which the stylist explained that it would take two visits to achieve my desired look, I was assured that more than half of the transformation would be completed in the first session.
