I booked with Soraya for a trim and a highlight service and I am BEYOND happy with the results. Not only was she flexible and understanding with booking time, she did a phenomenal job at understanding just what I wanted. She never made me feel complicated or misunderstood. If she was unsure, she asked questions or showed photos. The results were absolutely beautiful! I am so glad I booked with Soraya!

I made an appointment with the new stylist Soraya, who texted me at 6:55 in the morning the day of my appointment, asking if I could reschedule. That was the first thing. Then she does some rearranging with her schedule and can keep my appointment after all. She then tells me, by the way her prices are different than what Carol charged and what Crystal charges. 50% higher in fact. I told her that would have been nice to know when I made the appointment.
