I bought a Groupon for this Salon for facial services, and promptly called to make my appointment for the following Saturday 8/3/13. So Saturday I arrived at the Saslon to find a sign on the door that the Salon had been CLOSED by the landlord. After standing there for a few minutes not understanding why they didnt give me a curtosey call at least, I preceeded to call the Salon thinking maybe they would answer and straighten out the situation. I have been receiving services at Salon 912 for the last 4 months & my experience has been awesome! I especially enjoy Ben, The Front Man/Concierge… I place a call with my beauty needs & he orchestrates my day “with a call back” instead of leaving me on hold.
