Got my hair colored and requested for brown and ended up with green hair. Went back thinking they would fix it complementary but was charged. Then it came out green again. Very disappointed and won't be returning. Definitely don't recommend you getting your hair colored here!
I had an appointment scheduled for 11:45 AM. I arrived a little before 11:40 AM, but the shop was still closed, even though the listed opening hours say 10:00 AM. I waited until 12:15 PM, and no one showed up and there was no communication or notice at all. I eventually had to find another place last minute to get my haircut. Our family has been coming here for over 10 years. We always get our haircuts and coloring from Ms Bonnie. The whole staff is very friendly and establishment is clean.
