I had a fairly frustrating experience. I was very clear that I did not want a lot of angled trimming around my face or really intense layers because I don't like how it looks. I was also very clear that I have been growing my hair out and I didn't want it to be cut too much. I repeated this at least 5 times throughout the appointment to make sure it was clear. The woman proceeds to tell me repeatedly that she will do a lot of layers because "that will look good on you". I left with essentially a ton of hair cut off and felt ... read more
