I’m from NC and flew into Maryland for the weekend, and I needed my hair done. This was my first time at this salon, and I have no complaints at all! The shop is super clean, the staff is friendly, and they use high end products. I was very impressed and will definitely be back when I’m in the area!

I’ve been coming here for a long time and decided to try their ponytail extensions. Worst decision I ever made. Spent over an hour on the phone with the receptionist about styles and pricing. I asked for the young lady I normally go to the lady on the phone explained that she was new sorry for the wait. I walked in and told the young lady. Hi I was the one on the phone. My first time coming and I had the best experience! My hair turned out amazing! Ignacia shampooed my hair so good - I needed a good washing! Angelica straightened my hair and my hair never felt so healthy!

I’m extremely disappointed in this experience… I was refused a wash and roller set for whatever reason and was forced to get a blowout instead. I’m assuming it’s because of my hair type, but I literally got a roller set 2 weeks prior at another salon. While the receptionist was nice, my stylist seemed irritated with my presence alone.
