This is the worst haircut experience of my life…and it was just for my bangs to be trimmed. In what was only a 10-minute total interaction, the stylist, Anna, was beyond rude. I made an appointment in advance for my bangs to be trimmed. When asked by the receptionist over the phone if I wanted a full haircut, I reiterated I just wanted my bangs trimmed as they’ve grown out a bit since my last appointment.
