Was able to walk right in and get my haircut immediately. My hair stylist was Kristin and she did an excellent job; attention to detail was very apparent and was really happy with how my haircut turned out. Will definitely be back again

Very rude and terrible customer service!!!! Melissa at the reception has absolutely no flexibility or empathy to the customer!! Do not recommend it at all!! So happy with my experience, and haircut! I met with Kristen who listened to my wants for my hair, she was nice and so easy to talk to! I have wavy hair and hadn’t got a haircut in so long. She did layers and kept it long unlike other salons I’ve been to that cut way too much. I LOVE my hair, I wear it natural now every day as my waves are THRIVINGGG. Lucky to have this salon just down the street, I believe I’ve finally found my go to hair dresser. Thank you !
I don’t want to leave bad reviews for stylists, however my stylist seemed nervous and couldn’t find my middle part to begin with (she was going to trim my bangs). She didn’t shampoo my hair, just sprayed it with water and cut my dirty tangled hair fighting it with a comb. My haircut itself is actually not bad, but I am pretty disappointed with my experience.
