Wow. A horrible experience, the worst haircut of my life, and unsatisfactory customer service. I came in for a simple haircut, which is $35 for the hair wash and hair cut. I called 3 days ahead of time to get my haircut in the back room with a female hairdresser. While I was I was getting a haircut, the owner, Sharon, yelled at my mother that they would not let this happen again, that using the back room is unacceptable. I visited Salon62 for the first time today and very impressed! Michaela did a fabulous job on my hair. She listened to me and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. Michaela is a friendly and experienced professional, and I highly recommend her.
