Went in to try and get my lady a hair cut and they asked what we needed when we walked in and looked me and her uo and down judging then proceeded to tell us they were too booked and right after we left they allowed someone else to get a hair cut terrible customer service and very rude workers

Shantel did my hair. I openly told her at the end that I looked like Frankensteins bride. My hair was still wet when she had me pay and leave. She missed spots and made it look grown out. She asked me if I wanted to have it straightened, curled or left natural (I have curly hair), I told her natural, this is not natural. No products to help with breakage or frizz. Maddi did my hair, my maid of honor, and my mother’s hair for my wedding and she did a PHENOMENAL job. She took my inspiration picture and made it come to life. Maddi is talented and I would recommend her to anyone!

Maddi did an amazing job on my hair!!! It was so damaged and feels so healthy now. She even got me in on short notice as I have a trip coming up. Very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I will be making the 1.5 hour trip every time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
