Super chill staff, hair cut came out amazing, if you’re looking for a cut in mammoth I would highly recommend it.
I’ve been getting my hair cut by Jenny and Amy at Salon 437 for over 10 years—longer than most of my friendships. Very poor at responding, even after I’ve paid to have a service that needed follow up, I’ve had to be the one to reach out and still no response. On this side of the service I feel low valued which sucks when it comes to something as valuable as expression with hair. :/ Update after three messages and a review I was gotten back too! Best haircut I have ever received. Lauren did a great job and I would highly recommend booking with her. Also, as I was reading a few of the reviews, please understand that this establishment is not Supercuts. If you want to "walk in" and get a haircut, please get one in L.A. before visiting our beautiful small town. This is a professional upscale establishment which requires individuals to book an appointment online, which might I add, is less effort than driving here to see if they accept walk-ins.
Walk-ins are not welcome. My husband and walked in, and before I could say a word, she said, “I’m fully booked and don’t have time.” I said I was just interested in a dry cut and asked if I could come back tomorrow. She said, “I’m fully booked.” I asked if she could recommend another salon, and she did, and replied they’re probably booked too.
