I stand by my 1 star review as it was made after my sister (See Rachael Pentico's review) was initially denied a refund by Mindy and told that her hair was to blame. Mindy said that after cutting off 8 inches of her client's hair she couldn't believe the texture would change and that's the reason for the worst haircut my sister has ever experienced. I’ve trusted Mindy with my hair for years! She has been such a great stylist for me that I followed her from her last salon to her current location. Thank you, Mindy for always giving me such a great experience.
I just had my hair done from Mindy. It’s the best hair cut and color style I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing Mindy for years. I totally recommend her.
Went in to get a bob done by Mindy. I cut off over 10 inches for this haircut and left very displeased with the results. I asked for it to be thinned and have layers for movement because I have thick hair. I left with layers that looked like steps and were completely uneven between the two sides. She didn't even finish my hair with blow drying or styling it and just rushed me out to get to her next client. DO NOT GO TO MINDY. She is incapable of even simple haircuts and blames clients for her complete failure. She refuses to take accountability and will refuse a refund for an absolute atrocity against hair. She does not deserve to be licensed. She can't handle layers, she can't cut evenly, she states that hair density is something she's incapable of handling along with thinner hair. What can she handle? I don't recommend you find out.
