Salon 426 Shelly Schoenhoeft is the best stylist around. Not only does she do a great job with my hair, she is so pleasant all the time. She will make sure you are satisfied 100%. I would never go anywhere else!!
Notably good service experience I have been to Salon 426 2 or 3 times now and I have been very satisfied. I took my daughter to get her first professional , high end hair cut there and she loved it and I loved it.
Provided horrible service and were unwilling to resolve their mistake. The owner of salon failed to communicate properly and proved to be arrogant in providing service. My appearance was far worse leaving this salon than when I arrived. When I asked him to resolve the issue, he became argumentative and confrontational for what amounted to a very reasonable resolution. It was traumatic for me, but it was only a mistake. Owner made the mistake much worse by not resolving issue in a fair and timely manner.
