Amazing service!
The service was great, however, I was not told that my daughter was receiving a gloss and that it would be an additional cost of $60. I was a bit shocked when they told me the total at checkout. If I was told about the cost of gloss beforehand, I wouldn’t have gotten it. I talked to the stylist about getting a partial highlight for my hair, but after the checkout experience, I will not be returning. Please be more transparent about your pricing.
