I am so disappointed in whoever they have working the front desk, and I have never had this kind of treatment there. The receptionist, a young dark-haired girl, was so rude to me after I asked if I could purchase a bottle of shampoo and wanted a little help. She was so dismissive and literally told me, "you're just going to have to wait," while rolling her eyes. I waited, and she didn't even come to help me. Thanks for nothing! Won't be coming back if you can't treat your customers with respect.
This is the best salon in Charlotte! I have only good things to say about the management & their employees. The owners care about their customers. Employees enjoy working here & you can tell! Adrienne & Christina are the best concierges that greet & assist with appointments. I’m a long time client 15 years & wouldn’t go anywhere else! Cristin is my stylist but all are qualified & do a great job!

I’m brand new to the area and desperately needed my hair done- thankfully, I stumbled upon Studio 42 completely by accident (I literally got lost and found a gem)! My hair had turned an uneven, brassy red, and Abby worked absolute magic.
