Got a last minute appointment and SO thankful! The salon, itself, is really nice. The staff was wonderful and Dana was AMAZING! She paused several times as she was finishing up cutting my hair to ask me if I liked it or wanted more off. She was very careful to make sure I got what I wanted and I have a bob so I’m really thankful for that. She even took her time styling it so she could teach me how to curl it like she did and showed me different ways I could do it at home. I had a stylist absolutely butcher my hair. It was a disaster. I reached out to Salon 416 because I had heard good things and I'm so grateful I did. Sarah (the owner) was so sympathetic and apologetic even though her salon had nothing to do with the mess. She was able to get me in quickly to see Erica Bellinger. Erica is a godsend! Honestly . This place is awesome they took great care of my girlfriend hair and it made sure she’s well tooken care of!! Customer service is Amazing !! Everyone is nice respectful and knows what they are doing !! I’m definitely going to be bring my girlfriend back to this salon !!
