To Bisrat who was very unprofessional. I made an appt online and it was confirmed. When I got to my appointment Bisrat is with another client . She just said “oh I didnt see the notification in my phone so I booked another client” . Asking me if I live nearby?? Instead of apologizing that she made a mistake and that she waisted my time. Very disappointing! I even tried calling to see if we can make other arrangement but ignored my call and my credit was charged for the inconvenience she caused me?

I went to Krystle and she is amazing! Super friendly, amazing at what she does. I was honestly nervous at first. I hadn't done anything with my hair in years. It was so damaged, the ends of my hair were broken and uneven. I showed her a picture of what I was looking to do with my hair and she nailed it! Krystle was super friendly! She did a perfect cut & beautiful balayage. She even taught me some tips on to styling my hair at home. I love how she paid very close attention to my needs, but be honest with what she thought might work better with my hair type and condition. She used quality products as I noticed my hair was not as damaged as it used to be, every time I did highlights. I definitely recommend her!
