I have been customer twice with Shoni. She's excellent and professional got cut and first experience was happy . Been back since for a color very satisfying experience. Have an appointment for getting shampoo and style coming and after another color maybe a cut my doesn't grow fast at least dead end trim. I'm very satisfied with my salon experience. Absolutely awful!! I called in august to get in just for a trim and waited a weak but no one called me back. My previous salon just moved locations so I was trying to find a place closer to home and this one was 5 minutes down the road. I eventually went in to make an appointment, was told there phone system wasn’t even on and the woman I spoke to wasn’t accepting clients but she would have one of the other girls there give me a call.
