I took my aunt to get her hair cut and colored for the first time in ages, and Monica, the owner of Salon 328, took care of her. Since neither my aunt or I had any ideas about the style of cut or the color, we relied on Monica's expertise to make recommendations. My experience here was very, very disappointing. I conversed with my stylist about the style/hair cut I was looking for, showed her several photos of what I really liked, and briefly discussed how it would translate to my hair. The end result was nothing like what I was expecting: bangs were WAY too short, squared and clipped up at the temples, (when the stylist herself said I needed volume at the temples... instead she cut the hair up, away from there?!?), bangs are uneven, overall length was shorter than we discussed, the ... read more
