Went here for a couple of years, they never say hello and when you pay, they never say thank you. I only went this time because my barber was on vacation. I will go somewhere else and pay more for just a hello and a thank you. That is the basic of customer service!!! When you walk in they look like they're unhappy that you're there. My haircut was over in 5 minutes. They must be in a hurry even though there was just one more person beside me. I don't know how they stay in business!! Barbers awesome always walk out looking like a million bucks nice owner. And clean place
Family run business that I'll continue to support. They just interact at bare minimum with customers (the price reflects that), and that's what some people like, some people don't.
