Salon 304 is a vibe! The owner is great and is fantastic at her job. I've been a client for many years. All of the employees are great at what they do here.
This place does not hold their styles accountable for mistakes they do. I seen a post where someone’s hair clearly has a chunk took out of it and the hairstylist blamed it on the thinning sheers saying that is how they work. It’s negligence and they didn’t own up to it and or try to compensate the client. I would not ever go there because of this factor nor will others if I can make sure they know what happened.
Jasmine aka Owner is a good stylist but horrible at business. The salon has an option of online booking through Vagaro but she never honors the appointments scheduled there. Booked three appointments and she wanted me to wait 1-1 1/2 hours to work me in. Always doing nails when you arrive. States she only takes you by appointment but if you schedule online and arrive on time she doesn’t honor them and expects you to wait hours to get worked in. Doesn’t value customers.
