Went here for a birthday cut walked out thinking it was cute just to later see that she cut off all my hair. I asked for pin curls with a Betty boop swoop… she was literally in my head for all of 10 minutes while the staff did most of the work. She didn’t take her time to actually cut to my head shape. I said I didn’t like boy cuts and she cut off all my hair in the back. She didn’t even shape the hair to my neck line… I was quoted $215 but was then told it would be $270 bc I needed a full perm. This salon is terrible and wicked people. The environment is not welcoming at all. I had two bad experiences with them where I showed up and couldn’t get serviced. They told me what I’ll be paying over the phone but when I get there it’s a much higher price. Sheena priced me at $375 for a pixie cut and relaxer with some curls. I got up outta the chair and left. I didn’t like Sheena or her mom’s energy, very unpleasant. I do not recommend booking with Salon3!
Big red flag for Salon 3 and stylist Shae She was unprofessional and made me feel super uncomfortable during my appointment. Wouldn't recommend booking with her. Has anyone else had a bad experience with Shae?
I’ve been coming to Sheena for over 10 years! To the person who called her angry, and said she takes her attitude out on the customers; you are lying. Lmaoooooooo, I don’t even mean to laugh; but, Sheena is one of the nicest, most accommodating stylists in Boston. I don’t even think I’ve ever seen her get mad in the shop.
