Very professional, good service, the employees are really nice people, I can recommend that place because everyone who goes there is satisfied.
Called today to book and was told they are not taking new clients until the end of June. Was asked to callback then. 🤯
I called this salon to schedule an appointment multiple times! During one of my left many left voicemail messages, I requested at least a call back saying that no new clients accepted, thats what I figured due to my numerous failed attempts to contact this salon , mine u i also tried reaching out via FB messenger 2 weeks laterfinally a reply, just to say that they don’t accept on line booking, with no information moving forward on how to book? The customer service bar is in hell. It took 2 weeks to get someone to even answer the phone. Everything is under the table cash/ zelle and the receptionist denied me an appointment when I inquired about the full balance total. After pricing my services a la carte. Very unprofessional.
