I called this salon to schedule an appointment multiple times! The customer service bar is in hell. It took 2 weeks to get someone to even answer the phone. Everything is under the table cash/ zelle and the receptionist denied me an appointment when I inquired about the full balance total. After pricing my services a la carte. Very unprofessional.

Sheena and her mother did an amazing job on my hair. Cut it, permed it and styled it. Also showed me how to manage it.

Honestly I will NEVER go back this salon And honestly, if I could give it zero stars, I would!!!! I booked an appointment over a month in advance and when I went to get my hair done she did not service me. The energy was extremely weird almost as if Sheena is angry with life and she takes it out on her clients. Given that you’re paying a lot of money to get your hair done do you want To have a relaxing experience, and just There was like walking on eggshells.
