I am extremely disappointed in this salon. I have been going here for around 2 years and was always satisfied until today. Their rescheduling/cancelation policy is beyond absurd. Expecting someone to pay several hundreds dollars when they need to reschedule an appointment is sickening and predatory. Please please stay away from this salon. If you are a human being that has anything come up in your life, such as illness, you will be penalized by them.
