I am extremely disappointed in this salon. I have been going here for around 2 years and was always satisfied until today. Their rescheduling/cancelation policy is beyond absurd. Expecting someone to pay several hundreds dollars when they need to reschedule an appointment is sickening and predatory. Please please stay away from this salon.
