I have been going to Jessica at this Salon for at least 10 years. I have always been very satisfied with her and her staff and had great color and cuts. My last experience dropped my 5 Star rating to a 2 star. The problems being,...after a 'safe' perm, guaranteed by Anna, not to harm my hair, if I waited 2 weeks to have it colored. I DID wait the 2 weeks for color and regardless, my hair started breaking off! This perm was the first one I've had in 8 years and was supposed to be gentle enough, even for some of those clients ... read more
