I'm very disappointed with the service I received in this salon. I specifically asked for soft red toned highlights, but the result came out extremely bright and unnatural more like Fire Red than the subtle red tones I requested. Unfortunately, the color looks nothing like we discussed. My appointment was with Dominique, and the final result did not reflect the tone or style I asked for.
