LaNell is phenomenal! If you're looking for someone who's experienced and straightforward while also being warm and welcoming, this is the place and person to go to! I've been to a variety of salons in the Portland area that were "trendier" or claimed to be high-end, and I got basically a chop job and in fact, a time or two, what felt like the opposite of what I asked for. LaNell is absolutely amazing. Managed to schedule a next day appointment for my teenage daughter with her, we came in she was super sweet, asked my daughter directly what she was looking for and went to work. She made sure to check with her along the way to make sure the length was just what she was looking for, she was quick as well which is always a plus! Will definitely be back for our future cuts and trims!!
