We bought a Groupon for a deep conditioning, haircut and blowout. To out it simply the wash was 5 min tops there was no deep conditioning. The haircut itself was fine but the blowout was painful and rough causing breakage and my daughters hair was literally frizzy and felt like straw when we left. Took a chance but wont be going back
Went to this salon for the first time on Saturday for a blowout. It was by far the worst blowout I've had. The stylist had no idea how to blowout hair with layers, I had to explain to her how to flip the ends, she left it very frizzy. I normally don't leave bad reviews but I had to go home and re do my hair. I would never recommend this salon.
Quick question is a single process the entire head from root to end with color or just the root? I was told on the phone it was just the root and not run through the entire head just wondering
