I had a terrible expirence here a few years ago when an older woman did my hair. I was getting a balayage touchup on my hair. She bleached the front strands of my hair orange and charged me a ridiculous price, did not tone what she bleached. And when I expressed to her that I wasn’t happy with with the service. She became very hostile, making rude comments, she was surprised somebody would express that they weren’t happy with such a subpar service...

Nah.. I wish the hairstylist would be more honest. She did a terrible job on my friends hair. My friend got highlights done, but she came back with her hair darker than before, really?! The lady does not want to fix her hair, and every time is a new excuse. No thanks, we are looking for a better place where they really know how to make highlights.
