If I could add a negative star I would my BF drove 13 hrs here to be with me for a death in the family and wanted to get her hair done and she showed up at the scheduled time and waited a half hour and no one showed up. What a horrible company not something I need to be dealing with in this vulnerable time, the salon and Walmart would’ve been a better choice

I like Salon 227. Beth did a good job cutting my hair and she was also extremely friendly. It’s at a very convenient location.

I had an unusual experience trying to book as a new client. When I called the salon, I wasn’t able to reach anyone and had to leave a voicemail. I received a text the next day from one of the stylists rather than a receptionist, which felt a bit impersonal and made it unclear how to choose a specific stylist. I Drive over an Hour ever month to see Brianna I've followed her to three different Salons in the last 12 yrs . She's amazing
