I purchased a Groupon for my wife for a "haircut with full highlights." At the appointment, she was told the Groupon was for marketing only and she had to pay an additional $50 for full highlights. The final result was uneven, with the bottom noticeably more dark yellow than the requested white tone. We returned for a correction, but after the second visit, the stylist stated it was fixed without confirming client satisfaction. First in formal the lady Courtney who cut my hair did it super fast. Like I was in and out….I asked for a bob layered cut and got a mullet instead 😭😭 when I asked to face frame I thought she was gonna slice the front of my hair but she took a big Chunk of my hair and twisted and started using her Sheers with the teeth STARTED TO CHOP AWAY. The guy butchered my hair ! It looks horrible. I have long hair and a gentleman that was there before me and getting his haircut was still in the chair after I left, meaning I only sat in the chair for maybe 14 minutes. Very disappointed and won’t be going back.
Couldnt be happier with my cut and style! Autumn got me in SUPER quick, and she gave me the exact cut I didnt even know I wanted (the "description" I gave her was basically just vibes but she nailed what I wanted!). Also, when she washed my hair she gave me this incredible head massage 😭 I had no idea I needed that but I cant wait to go back.
