was charged an extra $25 on top of my groupon price because i have standard long women’s hair. groupon was for cut and color and i didn’t even get a cut. manager was very rude and condescending and brought me to tears. milo was nice and my hair looks nice but there’s no reason a salon should have to charge an extra $25 for product that should be factored into the $120 MSRP on the groupon. scam and very cheap place
1st time there for a men's cut. I was happy with it. Being an older conservative I was taken a little back by the somewhat goth atmosphere. It was kinda like visiting the Addams Family, Ha! But everyone was very nice and I liked the experience.
I haven’t been here in 13 years but am so happy to be a returning client. I was greeted by a friendly staff after they were so kind to fit me in to accommodate my schedule. I have super long & thick hair and couldn’t decide what to do with my mess of hair but Faith and Richelle helped me collaborate what to do and I couldn’t believe the masterpiece Faith did! Both 12yo boy and 9yo girl ended up with uneven cuts, and the girl's hair is choppy in chunks like a toddler took scissors to it. My daughter was crying when she came home and said a woman did her hair and wasn't sure why she would give her bangs on an already-short cut, when she told her where she wanted them cut (at chin) - they ended up at her nose!
