I called ahead and asked for an appt for a cut/color for my extensions. My appointment was at 2:30. Once I arrived to the salon at 2:30, stylist Jessie had me booked for 1/2 hour which I didn't understand since I called ahead for the appt. She said this service would cost at least $200 I said ok , then she said it will take 4 hours I said ok and then she said her next appointment is arriving to walk around the mall and she would call me after her next client and she never did. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They totally screwed up my daughters color. Then went on to publicly humiliate her and told her to "just go". So unprofessional and that was one of the owners. Really? That is not the way to treat customers.

I have never written a negative review until now, I hate to be so negative but I want to warn people before they go to this salon. I walked in and was given dirty looks by three of the employees. I am 17 and was getting my hair done for prom, I picked the color I wanted knowing I wanted my hair bleached. My hair is in bad condition but not terrible, the girl doing my hair kept insulting my hair and said she wouldn't bleach it, which I understand considering it is unhealthy so we both agreed on heavy blonde highlights, I wear... read more

Every time i have gone to Salon 210, I have been disappointed, whether for a haircut or for waxing. I am currently 18, and have gone there maybe 6 or 7 times in the past. They always give me a stylist that is way too old to understand what a teenager wants; I always left with that horrible two feet tall blowout thats shellacked in hairspray. Or, on the other end of the spectrum, they gave me someone too young and inexperienced, who gave me a terrible haircut. Renee started doing my hair in 1984. I have long naturally curly hair. Every hairdresser thinks that they can cut curly hair, but the truth is, not all of them can. Renee can.
