I dont get my hair done often and this haircut was well over due! Bailie by far out did my expectations!! I highly recommend salon 21!!
Money really can’t buy the feeling of elation that you you get when you look in the mirror as your new hair style is being cut. Especially when it’s better than you expected! Ella at Salon 21 by Sarah did an EPIC job with my hair.
