Shannon is amazing! She will get your hair to the color you want
Never had an appt here I can however say when I walked in to get an appt for a haircut 3 stylists were working and I was made to feel like I was merely an intrusion to there work day. One older lady working was snotty asked if I had an appt I told her no that I'd like to make one and she was like well we all work separately and she comes over with her book and I asked if I could do it online she said yes. It was not a welcoming experience!!
They don't take debit or credit cards and don't tell you before your appointment. They don't have their hours listed and the haircut is mediocre. The hair stylist smelled of McDonald's didn't wash her hands. Good haircut considering.
