I just left Salon 181 and could not be happier. I had never been to this salon so I very apprehensive. I had really color blotched hair and needed a complete color strip or something done. Tina, the owner calmed my nerves, listened to me regarding the color I wanted. She set to work on my hair. In three hours I have the most beautiful shade of hair color. I had a very disappointing experience here. I specifically asked for a golden blonde and made it clear from the beginning that I did not want an ashy blonde color. Despite that, I left with an ashy silver/brown tone I never asked for. My hair was also over-processed the bleach was left on for two hours, and I left the salon with toner still in the back of my head. I booked with Kylie and the service was amazing!!!She was very gentle and always made sure I was comfortable when she was doing my hair.She knew what she was talking about and really helped me out!!!Definitely will be coming back again.I went from really curly hair to really smooth and sleek
