Jo (Joacine a.k.a. SassyLocs)... This chick here! She can do some locs! She is so knowledgeable, and is always learning, thus keeping herself current. I always leave with tips on how to better care for my family’s hair (several of us are loc’d, all of us natural). Jo also has a way of making you feel comfortable and like you’re one of her friends.
