Nikki always listens and gets done what I want. Appointments always available. Salon is very clean A pleasure to work with
Nicky, I specifically asked you to not leave one layer in the back. You sarcastically said there is no such thing as one layer. Well does this look like layers to you. It grew in horrifically with one layer. I had hoped you knew how to work on ethnic hair. Again I’m disappointed you threatened to stop in the middle of my wet haircut because you did not want my direction in how to work on my hair. Was hoping this would be my local salon. Always try to support local businesses but Nikki personality was a challenge. Tried explaining the cut I wanted. If it’s not in a picture she is not interested in hearing what you want. Never had a salon owner treat me so insignificant.
