Very unprofessional, I asked for a balayage and their heat machine for hair coloring burnt my face and forehead and the machine turned off randomly and I told Val and she said it was” ok” and left it off and told me it was gonna take more time and to wait without the machine which was gonna take so much more time and I had already been there since 12pm . The place is very comfortable, clean and spacious. They were able to accommodate me even when I called 15 mins before going to the salon.
I'm sure they are wonderful stylists and lovely people, but my 1st appointment was very disappointing. I left after waiting for 20 minutes. My stylist spent 15 minutes finishing up a customer and then started on her daughter. Unacceptable for me.
