Asked for the first picture and they let me leave like this in the second picture $300 later. I then asked them to fix it and after a couple times and they were going to charge me on top of that!! They then said I basically got what the picture showed and I was beyond shocked. I’ve never dealt with something like this but they definitely just lost a loyal customer. They don’t seem to truly care about their customers is what I learned from this situation.

I spent close to $500 and didn’t get all of my points or double points (the double points promotion was happening ) Which can easily be settled with my receipt. Chloe the lash and eyebrow lamination gal dyed my eyebrows this horrible red brown and claimed it was the only shade available. My eyebrows are normally a soft black shade. Sami was put out when we couldn’t agree on the color/only highlights, she wanted to put low lights in and I didn’t want that so she said she wouldn’t do just highlights. I spent close to $500 and didn’t get all of my points or double points (the double points promotion was happening ) on all purchases as I have at every other Aveda salon I’ve ever gone to. And, even if points were only for products they still did not give me all the points for the products I purchased. Which can easily be settled with my receipt.
