The woman who answered my call today is unprofessional to say the least. First she answers my call with "hello good afternoon" instead of "Hello salon 137" or "Salon 137, how can I help you?" (or anything along those lines) leaving me- the potential client, wondering have I got the wrong number ? In fact i pulled the phone away from my ear to make sure i didn't.
