Had 4:30 apt stylist said she was running bit behind. No problem 30 mins later still sitting there and she never apologized or checked on me. I don't have all day to wait that is why I made apt. Every other time I have gone here it was great. Not sure who new lady was but not good. Back to von's
Great salon , clean ,comfortable and friendly. Jennifer the owner does a fantastic job running a business.
