I’ve been going to Salon 108 for about two years. Dilan does an amazing job! She takes time to listen to what I want done to my hair and always does a great job! I would definitely recommend her and this salon.
i’ve heard multiple bad reviews from this place. leaving a review so someone else doesn’t get the same. perms not staying after 24hrs, botched hair making customers cry, sew ins sewed in together and pulling hair. the owner was threatening to file charges for not paying when they’ve already paid. they must have some new cosmetologist who were trained properly. do not recommend.
I know someone who came here to get a perm, the stylist didn’t even do it right & her perm had came down the same day and her hair was straight AFTER 24 HOURS OF GETTING A PERM. She requested a refund to go get it done elsewhere and they said no, and then the owner decides to be an asshole & message her saying they’ll sue her for not paying when she already paid???? I’ve heard multiple bad stories from this place DO NOT GO HERE!!! Horrible service, horrible owner.
The salon is well kept, clean, and nicely decorated. I see Dillion and she’s been fantastic! I’m always happy with the outcome of my hair and she’s a pleasant person with great customer service. They do have a cute blonde that’s the mangers (doodle) named Roxy who is well behaved and a pleasant addition to my visits. Happy with my new extensions.
I would never come here for extensions again. The stylist that did my hair was very kind, but clearly uneducated. I left with my hairs being knotted inside the beads causing redness on my scalp and pain, so I had to go back to get it “fixed” and still left with a completely horrible install. After all I have gone through, two hours of driving, and having to get a babysitter to go back for my second appointment to fix the hair, the salon owner is refusing to refund the $300 I was charged for the installation.
