I've been coming to Salon 102 for years and always had a good experience, but today was not good at all! Lisa the owner did a keratin treatment and missed the back bottom portion of my hair when flat ironing. I didn't notice it till I got home. I immediately took pictures and called them to let them know. Lisa asked me to come back that same day, but I didn't feel like driving all the way back. It's a 36 minute ride from where I live.
