I rented an office from these people and they stole my deposit from me after improvements I made, and fullfilling the lease, they are dishonest. Beware, you reap what you sow salon 100. Wish I had read theses reviews first.

I went to Peyton recently for standard color and haircut. She was slow, it took 3 hours for her to do what most can do in 1 1/2 hours. The worst part was my hair after she was finished with it! It looked terrible. I asked for a refund the next day after speaking with the owner of the salon. She agreed. They never refunded my money. After several phone conversations, they refused to uphold their "guarantee". I went to Peyton based on the "great" reviews she received, come to find out they are basically all of her friends! When I went to write an honest review of my bad experience with her it "mysteriously" disappeared within hours. hhhhmmmmmmm I went to her for a foil and hair cut. She wound up doing an all over color that looked flat and orange and just awful. Then she proceeded to cut my hair not AT ALL like what I described or showed her a picture of. I called in and schedueled an appointment.However to my horror nobody was there when i went there on the date and time. I waited outside for 10-15mins but nobody came.Even called the owner and left a message.Defeats the whole purpose of taking an appointment.I feel this is irresponsible and careless. They dont bother about other peoples time.Just got an idea of how they treat the customers. If one cant honor customers time for a schedueled appointment,speaks volume about their service.
