Truly the best doctor I’ve had in my adult life! She’s listens and truly does her best to help.
I saw Dr. Khetpal for my first visit- and I’ll admit that I was a little nervous after readying reviews, but she was truly so nice! I know that most people only ever review something when they have a bad experience, so I tried meeting her with an open mind - and I’m so happy I did. She listened to my concern and found a way to help address it, even with this being just our first meeting. My experience wasn't as bad as the previous reviews. My reg PCP quit so Dr Khetpal was assigned to oversee my prescriptions until I was established with a new Dr. I never even seen her. She changed the orders of one of my meds. So when I saw the new Dr she went by Khetpals instructions & when I went to fill the prescription the pharmacy said it was too soon. I realize that it was partly my fault in not noticing the change on the bottle but she had no business changing it in the first place. I now have been without meds for a... read more
I'm autoimmune and I've never been treated like this. I have many health issues and there is no possible way I can make separate visits for every one. She was condescending as was her nurse. My first visit I was coughing up blood, I called ahead and was told to come in. And they sat there and made me feel stupid for not going to the ER I had to beg for her to refer me to specialists, and I STILL never got to the specialists I needed.
