Diana is the best hairstylist ever I found. So so professional.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. They were 30 minutes late for my appointment without any explanation . During the service, I was burned on both my cheek and forehead, which is extremely concerning. The stylist’s work was also poor quality, and on top of that, I was charged extra without clear justification. I reached out to them privately to address these issues, but received no response.
