I called this place after I was quoted with a bunch of problems with my car --- the folks at this place were very helpful and took some time out of their day to walk me through the cost of repairs over the phone and what the other shop might have missed. I ended up going to a place that was much closer to me, as this shop is a bit far for me, but if I had the choice, I'd definitely go here the next time I have any issues.
Most of the places I called said I needed to book an appointment for a flat tire, and that diagnosing and fixing it could take 3–4 hours. Then I called Salmon’s location—they told me the service center opens at 8 AM and that I could come by anytime. When I arrived, the mechanic took a quick look at the tire and said it would take 10 minutes. Jason helped me last year when my car got broken into, and the steering wheel column had come loose. He was immediately able to push it back in, and sent me on my way. Highly recommend the place, he could've overcharged me for this but didn't, and I really appreciate his integrity. Thanks again for helping me during a difficult time!
They are super nice, communicative, fast, kind. I loved working with Chris Hernandez. I would highly recommend this auto shop.
