We purchased our home starting in Feb 2021. Had a inspection done and it needed some repairs and we agreed to pay for 800.00 of repairs, needless to say they only did one repair. Fast forward closed may 7th 2021 and called National Grid to get service turned on in our names and informed we had to get a copy of the deed and a notorized letter from attorney stating we owned the property as they stated Eric Ingraham was stealing services.
