I recently installed 2 x Rheem Heat Pumps HSW (1 for home and 1 for investment property) and Salmon Plumbing were awesome at explaining the benefits and energy savings for this investment. Coupled with this, their "all inclusive" quote was transparent and highly competive (even came in cheaper than others). Salmon Plumbing, and our Plumber Ollie, were fantastic to deal with from the get go. They were out to site quickly, diagnosed the issue effectively and worked with us to determine the most appropriate solution for our situation. On the Wednesday night before Easter, the wife mentioned that the hot water was running out. Great service from Shelley at the start when booking a time for a plumber to come out - explained their fee structure and sent it through within a few minutes. Collin arrived on time and didn't muck around - very professional and offered his opinion on each of the small jobs that needed doing. Replaced 2 x mixers and 1 set of flexi hose, cleaned up as he went and was done in 1 hour. I have already passed on to the other owners of the complex how impressed (again) with the work, efficiency and costs of the work we had done.
