I have lived here for nearly 10 years. Condo living with an HOA is complex; people often don't realize they are purchasing a property that is contractually a collectively owned and managed effort. This community has been 100% self governed for 4 decades without the benefit of a property management company so there have been periods of good leadership and not so good. I've lived here almost 10 years and there's been way too much vandalism in the last 3 years.
Very beautiful condos. We went to tour a possible place to live. Very helpful staff and friendly service.
