I have lived here for nearly 10 years. Condo living with an HOA is complex; people often don't realize they are purchasing a property that is contractually a collectively owned and managed effort. This community has been 100% self governed for 4 decades without the benefit of a property management company so there have been periods of good leadership and not so good.
