The new owners come rarely and the neighbors kids need better parents. The cost for these little one bath units I mean ridiculous. Repairs to fence and in the unit were promised but never happened and when they did send a guy to patch a hole they cut for a leak. Spot painted if on the ceiling looks horrible! I do not recommend paying this much a month for what you get.
