I have dealt mainly with Terry and Jake and they are excellent and go above and beyond with their customer service. Their patience with me has been top class as I ask alot of questions and always get answered. They have excellent products at good prices. They have been around forever which means you can rely on them. All the associates at the front office are very good and helpful. They are very reasonably priced for what you get and their return policies are very fair Highly recommend.
I stopped by on a weekday afternoon and couldn't get any help. The staff was busy and refused to acknowledge my presence.
